Creating a empathy map helped to identify the user emotions and actions throughout their website journey.

Creating a journey map was important to empathize with the user experience and understand the steps and emotions the user would encounter along the way.

Users' stories were created in order to prioritize the app features. They were based on the steps taken by users during the experience and their motivations.

Through the user stories it was possible to identify the user needs and define the user flow.

The Site Map was important to organize the screens and hierarchical structure of the application.

After creating user stories, user flows, and a site map, it was possible to brainstorm the low fidelity wireframes.

The digital wireframes were created in Figma, in order to conduct user testing, as the users would complete different tasks.

The brand was designed in alignment with trends in the architect industry featuring a visually consistent, minimalist, and sophisticated aesthetic.

The iterations were made based on user testing results creating new mockups that would address the user’s expectations, improving the navigation system and the contact form design.

What I've learned: User testings are important to improve the final product, helping to explore and find the best solutions for the user. It’s crucial to hear the client requirements in order to identify their needs and pain points.
Next Steps: Conduct a new user research to identify more user pain points and needs that are relevant to the website design.
Iterate the website design, applying visual principles to develop a high-fidelity prototype.
