Usability Study

The usability study enabled to identify the need for an action button in all readings, in order to facilitate and speed up the sharing of experiences.

As a result of the usability study, it was possible to identify the user need regarding the expectation of scrolling down when selecting pictures on profile pages, reducing touch points.

Final Thoughts

Impact: Help people to have a more sustainable life, taking care of the environment and save the planet.

What I've learned
: I learned how many possibilities exist during the design process and how the usability study helps to explore and find the best way for the user.

Next Steps: Conduct a new user research to identify more user pain points and needs that are relevant to the app and website.
